What Causes Chills Without Fever?

Is it unhealthy for a 23 y/o woman who is 5feet 9 inches to be only 118 pounds? I eat healthy vegetables carbs, proteins, oats and grains? I would like to be a little heavier just to maintain a normal body temperature. I'm always freezing and it's becoming a concern thanks.

Dear Marlyana,
You are certainly underweight, and putting on a few pounds wouldnot harm. Gainig wieht healthily is important though. Eats lots of carbs and proteins along with workoutof 30 mins 5 times a week. You shall gradually gain healthy weight. Dry fruits like almonds, cashews, walnuts, fruits like bananas, chickoos, grapes, berries and vegetables like potato, colocasia will help you get complex carbs. Combine them with healthy animal protein like fish and chicken. Eat small frequent meals, every 2 hourly and be well hydrated with water, fruit juices, fresh lime and milk.
