What Causes Chin And Face Tingling On The Left Side?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i got carotid ultrasound done and the results show right carotid-there is amild atherosclerotic plaquing of the common, bulb, internal and external .doppler peak velocities and ratio are within normal limits.
Right verteberal-Antegrade 86.8
Left carotid-same wording mild
left Vertebral-Antegrade 69.4
When i went to pickup my results they told me everything is in normal range. some time I feel little tingling feeling on left side of my chinand face
