What Causes Chlamydia Infection?

Hello, I have an STD/STI question. I was diagnosed with chlamydia caused epididymitis, but the source is unclear to me. I have had sex with two women in the last five years, my no ex-wife and an on/off girlfriend. The latter had the full battery of STD tests when we started our relationship and all was negative and she has only been with me since. My ex, who I had sex with ten days ago, says she has not been with anyone, so who likely is the source?

it isa sexually transmitted disease it is very common since asymptomatic. since asymptomatic it is difficult to know about infection. can be treated with antibiotic like inject able penicillin or oral broad spectrum anti biotic.
