What Causes Choking Sensation And Pain In The Throat And Neck While Swallowing?

Goodafternoon Doctor, I had sorethroat, pain when swallowing, ear pain, neck pain, i also had a feeling of like something was stuck in my throat like for 2months but all of it was gone already. I had thyroid test done and it went negative. Bloodtests were normal. Ent checked my throat eqrs nose says its normal. Right now everything was gone but when I talk There are times it vibrates. Is there nothing to worry about?

if you are absolutely fine by now and no previous sign and symptoms are left than nothing to be worry about.if you are still having any symptoms.than you should once atleast have telescopic examination of throat to be done.
smoking alcohol history of yours should be taken.
