What Causes Choking Sensation In The Throat With Voice Change?
I experience frequent clearing of the throat, minor phlegm, choking episodes and changes to my voice. This has been going on since October 2015. I have seen two ENT s and both suggested LPR. I had an upper GI that showed negative for reflux. Neither ENT knew what to do next. My primary physician is at a loss at what I should do. No one can tell me where to turn next. Thank you for any suggestions.

As you have mentioned that you have consulted two ENT specialist for examination of the throat but no obvious cause has been found out.
I suggest you take steam and take proton pump inhibitors empty stomach and observe for improvement in voice.
