What Causes Choking Sensation In Throat And Right Lung Pain?

Every so often, at least every day, I will get something - seems like nothing, caught in my throat and I will cough, my eyes will tear up. Feels like I have to calm down because I don t want to choke and my right lung hurts. I just don t know what type of doctor to go see ... a eye, nose and throat specialist - a pulmonologist, or allergist?
