General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to acid reflux.

I suggest using antacids such as Maalox three times a day.

I also suggest to use a PPI medication to reduce the acidity such as Omeprazole.

I suggest to avoid eating two hours before sleep.

Hope my answer was helpful.
If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.
Kind regards!
