What Causes Choking Up On Food Followed By Breathing Difficulty?

Hi! i am vinay kumar parcha. me and my wife having dinner before three days ago. she did not a single bite of food. she sudden choked and having difficulty to take breathe after that she is feeling severe pain in her chest, pain in right arm, difficulty to take breathe, difficulty in swallowing. drs are dignose her for gastric problem even her ECG report is also normal but she stiil have same problems like difficulty to take breathe, pain in her chest, pain in right arm, difficulty to take breathe, difficulty in swallowing. she is just 23 years old and under weight. she does not smoke and drink. sometimes she has BP problems. is this possible she might have some cardiac problem?
