Hello and welcome to HCM,
Belching and bloating are symptoms of indigestion.
Is there history of reflux and acidity?
Weakness is due to low appetite and less amount of food consumed.
Diarrhea can be due to gastrointestinal tract infection.
First all these symptoms have to be resolved before considering them to be due to depression.
A stool examination needs to be done to rule out infection.
If diarrhea is still persistent, appropriate antibiotic therapy needs to be taken.
If there is gastritis and reflux, antacid and proton pump inhibitor needs to be taken.
If loss of appetite still persists, then a psychiatrist needs to be consulted to rule out depression.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a primary healthcare provider initially for further work up.

Thanks and take care
