What Causes Chronic Abdominal Pain And Blood In Stools?

hey doc. 40 year old male. the last year I ve had some unusual lower back problems. recently my stomach has been really bothering me. terrible digestive, loose stool, always full. last night I woke up in the middle of the night with terrible stomach pains. this morning I noticed lotsss of red in my stool. my insurance doesn t kick in until January 2018.

Do you have high temperature along with all of these symptoms? If yes, probably it is dysentery (bacterial infection of intestinal wall).
If higher temperature is not there, possibility is of hemorrhoids.
So my advice is to consult surgeon earliest to find out exact cause and get treatment accordingly.
