What Causes Chronic Abdominal Pain Post Trauma?

I was involved in a car accident Aug. 2014. hit from behind. I have been experiencing chronic stomach pain every since accident. I cannot eat or drink solid or liquid foods at times, everything hurts when I eat. My doctors are not taking my stomach pain serious nothing has been done to correct this issue.

Hi.

With such a scenario I would first recommend an ultrasound of your abdomen to look for any abnormalities. If this test finds the cause for the pain, we can then work towards relieving you of the pain. But if it doesn't then we should follow up with an endoscopy, followed by an MRI spine. I think if there is some underlying injury causing the pain, we should be able to find it from these investigations.
