The Symptoms given by you are suggestive of IBS or
Irritable bowel syndrome or the other possibilty of having Chron's Disease, I would suggest you to undergo blood tests like CBC(
complete blood count), ESR(
erythrocyte sedimentation rate), CRP(C- reactive Protien) , these suggest signs of inflammation in the body though they are not direct indicators of Chron's Disease.
Also if you visit your Doctor he may suggest you to undergo
Colonoscopy which will give a confirmed diagnosis.

vitamin B12, folic acid, or iron.
