General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The nerves that are responsible for sensation in the groin and pelvis originate in the lower back so it is possible that one or more of them is responsible for your symptoms.

It can also cause abnormal pain such as the sharp pain in the inside of your legs.

If it continues it would be best to see your doctor to get some imaging done of the spine.
An examination to assess the nerves travelling from the lower spine would also be needed.

I hope this helps
