Hello,

In pregnancy, there is a change in the centre of gravity, increased weight gain and increased pressure on the lumbar spine and baby compression on nerves may lead to back pain.

So sleep on left lateral position. Little exercise and pillow below the back may useful. Use tablet Paracetamol in case of severe pain. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
