What Causes Chronic Back,neck And Knee Pain?

Good Morning,

I have been suffering from a bad back, neck and knee problems for the past two years.

My back has been stiff and aching for 2 years now, my knee caps and legs hurt all day and night.

In February this year my neck became very stiff and i could not move it well for two weeks. Since this my neck has been painful can not rotate it to the right properly and have pains in my arms to my elbows no further.

have headaches every day - take paracetamol for this.

have not been able to sleep for along time due to the aching and pain.

I have been for physio which did not help.

I have been to see a back specialists who sent me for an MRI Scan in July but this has come back a s normal on my neck and top half of back.

The back specialist has referred me to a pain specialists and I am waiting Ultrsound on arms and neck.

The dr has just given me Amitriptlyn 25mg to see if that will help me sleep.

I was just wondering if you had any other ideas what this might be??
