What Causes Chronic Bone Pain In The Lower Torso And Legs?

Hi there I have an autoimmune disorder called Pemphigus Vulgaris and have been treated with Prednisone and Imuran for 2 years. I have recently been suffering with chronic bone pain in the lower torso and legs and feel constantly fatigued and suffer from anxiety I wonder if I may be lacking in some vitamins?
