What Causes Chronic Bronchitis Followed By Severe Anxiety Attacks?

Hi, I ve been sick for almost two years now. Had a bad bronchitis for about a month, then had a major anxiety attack and my life hasn t been the same since. I don t sweat anymore from anywhere but my forehead. It s the worst feeling you can possibly imagine. I ache everywhere. I can t feel any benefits from exercise. I can t feel strong. I shake when I flex muscles anywhere. I m pale as a ghost and I have developed extremely bad acne on the left side of my face. I m 41 years old. Docs have done numerous blood tests and all come back ok. they re telling me anxiety and/or depression but these physical symptoms seem quite extreme for just that. None of the meds prescribed help either. please help

Hello,

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
