What Causes Chronic Constipation Despite Taking Lactulose?

so I have been constipated a lot for the past four months. my last bowel movement was oct.27 and that was caused by going to the er room. I m taking fiber twice a day and lactulose twice a day and still nothing. I have back problems also just so you know.

Hi

Do try a course of probiotics with a lot of fluid intake. You also have to increase your activity during the day, try light stretching exercises.
