What Causes Chronic Constipation In An Infant?

Can constipation cause a lump in the left bottom side of my one year old? He s on movicol and has been for a few months because he was constantly consipated, he s been off his food for a few days now he s being very irritable crying and screaming alot I took him to the gp and they gave me gavascon for him but I m worried its something more serious.

Please visit a pediatrician immediately. He will go for USG, x-ray, CBC etc. It might be an intestinal obstructions.
