What Causes Chronic Constipation While On Steroids?
Ok Hi doctor, I m veda i m under medicines Nd steroids for 5 months coz I had a extra growth in my nose ND by that 2 months back I got operated ND nw frm 1 month I m not on any medicines but frm many months I have a problem of doing motion ND it s not regular ND I m to put lot of force to do the motion.... ND by taking medicine ND steroids I have put on 15 to 18kgs weight in 5 months ND I m not able to do motion properly.... I told the same to doctor but they gave me syrups but I dint get relief.... So pls recommend me some good loose motion tablet so that I can t get clean my stomach completely

I think you can modify your diet having more fruits and vegetables and fibers. Drink more water. Going for a walk and increasing physical activity can help the bowel to move. Stop taking steroids anymore.
