Hi,

At the age of 22, generally constipation is very uncommon, but if you are suffering from it then main culprit is food. You have to change your food habits. Take more fresh and green leafy vegetables avoid non-veg food. take food which is very rich in fiber. Do some exercises daily, do regular aerobic exercise and Yoga Pranayam every day. Don't be sedentary.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
