I have been sick for nearly a month now with what almost seems to be the same illness. I work 40+ hours a week so I have not been able to actually rest to get over what I have. most recently five days ago I went and was put on doxcycicline, again and after five days of use it has had little to no effect. I have a cough so bad it is keeping me from sleeping which is making the fatigue worse and just the overall tiredness unbearable. I am about to my wits end. They now have me on a subscription cough medicine but it is barely helping mainly making me drowsy till i finally pass out from exhaustion for a few hours before I have to be up for work again. I was told this is all part of a sinus infection. I just had sinus reconstructive surgery and my tonsils removed and have not been sick all year until about a month ago. I do not believe this is just a sinus infection anymore. Please help.
