What Causes Chronic Cough And Shortness Of Breath?
My boyfriends blood pressure is 154 over 86 with resting heartbeat of 112. He has a terrible cough and every now and then shortness of breath. He s had a fever since last night which is currently at 102. He s having dizzy spells and very weak. Should I take him to emergency clinic now?

His BP is fine. However fever of 120C and cough with chest pain indicate respiratory infection like pneumonia so yes you should take him to hospital and get an X-ray done.
