What Causes Chronic Cough, Shortness Of Breath And Rashes On The Hands?

I have had a chronic cough, shortness of breath and a rash on my hands and the top of my feet for 6 months. The more I do the worse the cough and shortness of breath get. I do not have asthma, T.B, COPD or anything to do with the lungs or bronchial tubes. It feel like it is all in my throat. I do have chronic sinusitis, and acid reflux. The only allergies I have is Reglan and Sulfa based drugs . Do you have any idea what could be going on with me?

Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hello,

Chronic cough and shortness of breath are likely to be associated with respiratory system. I suggest you to consult a pulmonologist for clinical assessment and thus treatment. Rash on hands and feet can be due to infection, insect bite or primary skin condition. I suggest you to consult a dermatologist for clinical assessment and thus management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
