What Causes Chronic Cough, Vomiting, Dizziness And Breathing Difficulty?

severe coughing causing vomiting, light head, migraines, can t breath and fainting. Chest is extremely heavy and hurts terribly like an elephant is sitting on my chest. Can t catch my breath when walking and stairs are impossible. Breathing can be heard by those around me and feels like fluid is rattling around in my chest making me cough more and all of this started with a cough over three months ago.

Hi
Thanks for posting your query on HCM
I have read and understood your worry.Sorry to hear what you are going through.
The symptoms you describe point to an asthma crisis. However, examination by the Doctor will be very important. In the meantime, you may try a local bronchodilator like salbutamol spray while you go to see your Doctor for evaluation.
Hope this will help
Wish you a speedy recovery
