What Causes Chronic Coughing, Loss Of Voice And Chest Lump?

Hi, im Ashley. I was told i had authoritis in my chest wall, but i feel as if its more thn juus that. Ive been coughin for 4months, lost my voice 3months ago, discovered a lump on my chest n my breast(both on the left side) the left side of my body locks up. N whn i cough i tend 2 vomit. Its an everyday thing. Now Now im weak. Cant evn clean my house. I pass out if i stand 4 a long time. Please help

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need to consult an ENT surgeon. For chronic cough start taking tablet Augmentin twice daily x 7days. take tablet Levocetrizine at bedtime. You need to do a chest X-ray. Take a swab from the back of your throat and sent for culture and sensitivity. After 1 week u need to do a nasopharyngolaryngoscopy. For the chest lump consult a surgeon. He may do a CT thorax and neck.
