What Causes Chronic Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Bloating And Pain?
I have chronic diarrhoea and and need to take 3 Imodium every five to six days to keep stools normal. I have been doing this for a few years and now notice bloating and pain in my upper stomach. I have regular colonoscopies and are all ok. The doctors say there is nothing wrong with me. I know you will say consult my doctor, which I will do. What could be some reasons that could cause my problem. I am travelling at the moment and have an appointment in late November when I return home. Thanks, I await your reply. Margaret.

Please do a stool test to check for parasites and candida. Taking probiotics such enterogerina or yovita is advisable to establish the intestinal flora.
