What Causes Chronic Diarrhea Along With Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

Could I have Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency? My symptoms include chronic diarrhea (oily), pain in the abdominal area, nausea, and bloating. Also, I have had 4 or 5 episodes of extreme sweating (sweat dripping off my fingertips and soaking through all of my clothing), vomiting, severe diarrhea, sometimes, but not always, accompanied by pain in my abdomen that spread into my back.

Incomplete data like age, gender, duration of your present problems, any history of such problems in the family, et cetera?

After having gone through your history I am of the opinion that you seem to be suffering from cystic fibrosis.

Cystic fibrosis is an inherited disease of the mucus and sweat glands. It affects lungs, pancreas, liver, intestines, sinuses, and sex organs.

I advise you to consult your doctor for proper clinical evaluation and to carry out certain relevant lab tests such as tests for cystic fibrosis gene, blood tests and sweat tests to come to a diagnosis.
