What Causes Chronic Diarrhea And Abdominal Cramps?
My husband has had severe diarrhea and upper and lower stomach cramps for a week now . This Monday our family put him on prescription medicine to stop diarrhea. It has not worked he feels it s his waving hehas started about the same time . Dr said no, he thinks it is gastrointestinal. I believe it could be c dif.

There can be several causes for that.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, stool analysis, ultrasound abdomen after physician consultation.
Till then you can take tablet loperamide.
Keep your self hydrated.
Take soft diet
