What Causes Chronic Diarrhea And Vomiting?

I have been having diarrhea and vomiting for hours. Nothing left in my stomach but both vomit and diarrhea is yellow and foul smelling. I am light headed and have the chills. Pain on my left side bottom of my rib cage. All upper stomach area tender but not distended
