What Causes Chronic Diarrhea Despite Having Normal Ultrasound And Blood Test Reports?

I have had diarrhea for a long time ( more than 3 months ) I get it worse in the morning as soon as I have my sip of tea.-I have a lot of blood work and an ultrasound of my kidneys,spleen,gallbladder,and it is so far negative results.I get tired after being up for about 4 hours and want to take a nap.I am 66 years old and reasonably fit and usually very active.- Can diarrhea be a symptom of Thyroid problem.?

Hello

As you explain the situation yes diarrhea might be a sign of thyroid gland problems especially hyperthyroidism. But it's your doctor that should order some blood tests such as TSH FT4 and an ultrasound of the thyroid After having the results it should be decide.
