Experiencing chronic, mostly soft bowel movements lasting hours to days and reoccurring more and more frequently... lastly-every 2-3 days. Have been keeping a food diet for the last 2 months with no obvious culprits seen. I am 57 years old with a 30 year history of IBS. NO associated pain, nausea, vomiting or weight loss. Treating with OTC anti-diarrheals, patience.
