What Causes Chronic Diarrhoea And Stomach Cramps?
for the past 10 days or so I have been experiencing constant diarhea and accompanying severe stomach cramping. I have been eating only foods that generally cause constipation (bananas, matzoh 5 full glasses of water per day) as well as yogurt (which I thought would be bad for my diarhea, however, the nurse in my doctor s office told me that I should have yogurt because it has bacteria in it). The diarhea and severe cramping have not subsided. Sometimes the cramping is incredibly painful. Can you please advise. My email address is YYYY@YYYY

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have chronic diarrhoea and stomach cramps . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like hepatitis , pancreatitis , gilbert’s Syndrome , giardiasis or stress.
It is very important to go for liver function test , as symptoms are indication liver swelling and abnormal level of liver enzymes .
For now aoif spicy and heavy food , take light walk daily and apply warm compresses to abdomen .
You can take LIV 52 for few days . If condition doesn't get well then consult gastroenterologist for proper examination and treatment ,
