What Causes Chronic Discomfort In Lower Abdomen With History Of Poly Cystic Ovaries?

I have had really bad pain in my lower stomach for about a week now i went to doctors and as i have polycystic ovaries she said it was properly a syist that had poped and i am waiting for a scan date at the time i didnt feel sick now my tummy is uncomfy not painfull but i feel sick when i move should i be more concerned

I really appreciate your concern, lower abdomen pain may not be due to ovarian cyst but it could be due to colic and it may be ureter one it need to be ruled out and for that you better get done the urine test and imaging study till then "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen" can be tried, hope this information helps, take care and have nice day.
