Welcome at HCM i appreciate your health concerns Is there any history of allergy or asthma? Is there any fever associated? Respiratory tract infections are common in children . these should be treated. Important thing is to Exclude asthma. Since asthma has got bimodal presentation and it can present in this young age , other possibility is viral infection which need conservative approach...you should follow your doctor advice. Meanwhile stay calm and continue with his medication. Keep him away from cold and dust. Hope it help Regards Saad
