What Causes Chronic Ear Ache?

hi, my daughter and myself have chronic ear ache and our ears are a bit swollen, uyou cant even touch the ear withut almost bursting in tears, we have been swimming alot and it has only been scince that, we have been using sofradax and covancaine, will this help any?

I really appreciate your concern this could be fungal infection may be due to wax impaction and this need to be removed without this pain wont subside and for this you need to see the ENT surgeon no drop would subside the pain on permanent basis, hope this information helps, take care.
