What Causes Chronic Fatigue And Appetite Loss?

Hi. I’m just looking. My son has been sick and went to the dr. Today. X-rays, urine, came out okay. They are waiting on blood tests. He is an adult, been very fatigued, and has no appetite. He has lost a lot of weight in he last two weeks. I’m worried because his dad died of colon cancer 6 years ago. He has kept up on his colonoscopies but I am still worried.
