What Causes Chronic Fatigue And Sleepiness Post Abortion?

I was 4 to 5 weeks along and had an abortion yesterday, I'm exhausted can't stay awake for more then 4 or 5 hours... as soon as I got home I fell asleep that was about 12 pm I woke up today at about noon then fell back asleep at 7 pm I'm still so tired is this normal also I'm not bleeding at all...

I really appreciate your concern, if it was too much loss of blood in abortion then such symptoms of drowsiness is likely or it could be due to some medicine, just wait for some time to come it around and if this is persistence then clinical examination is must, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
