What Causes Chronic Fatigue With Excessive Weight Gain?

Hello, I m wanting to ask about weight loss. First, some about me. I am 18 and I have chronic fatigue... plus, my family isn t really financially stable so I can t exactly afford to eat a better diet. It s really whatever we can get. I wanted to know if there is any way I can lose weight? I only eat once a day. But for some reason I never lose any. In a year I ve gone from 120.6 to 165.... I am so extremely insecure about my body and avoid social situations in general even in baggy clothes. I am not even comfortable with my fiancé seeing me... I ve earned to try a weight loss pill but I m afraid their all fake. Is there anything I can do?
