What Causes Chronic Headache And Sore Neck?

Here are my symptoms: chronic headache, global, moderate pain, lasted 3 weeks, sore neck, sometimes neck has a sensation of warmth (not painful, but concerning), no relief from analgesics (Advil, Tylenol, Aleve, etc.), headache seems to go away when I sleep but returns in the morning or early afternoon.

Based on your symptoms I would suggest you to get following investigations done to rule out any underlying pathology. Complete blood count, thyroid profile. Anaemia or hypothyroidism can also cause above symptoms.
