Hello,

For your symptoms, the neurological cause has to be ruled out. If needed, a CT scan can be planned for further workup.

Check your serum B12 level and random blood sugar. Depression can also enhance such symptoms.

Your muscle reflex and neurological nerve examination also should be done. Consult physician or neurologist for examination.
