What Causes Chronic Headaches And Breathlessness?

Hi my boyfriend has been suffering with bad headaches for a while now. Hes been for a ct scan and all came back clear. But he still feels unwell. He said he feels out of breath anf his head inside feels hot. He seems tired all the timw too. What could this be?

He can have ear infection or respiratory infection that can lead reffred headache ...

So your physical examination otoscopy and auscultation necessary...

Give him antihistaminic drug and analgesic...
Drink more water...

Investigate with....
/CBC - for anemia,leukocytosis , eosinophilia,lymphocytosis etc. .
/CRP- suggest inflammation or infection and severity
/LFT
/chest x ray if auscultation abnormal.

Ear infection if present treated with antibiotic drops and oral tablet.
