What Causes Chronic Headaches, Nausea And Upper Abdominal Pain?

My symptoms over the last year, I am now expierencing them almost daily... Chronic headaches,constant nausea, lower and upper abdominal pain, middle to upper back pain, short of breathe, black and yellow stools, constantly feel like I have to poop,chronic fatigue, stomachs bloating and occasional lightheaded or dizziness ...

Black stool,constant urge to poop,bloating of abdoman ,suggest abdominal infection may be worm infestation,black stool due to mild blood loss in faeces, which causes fatigue,along with u r having chronic nausea n headache upper abdominal and backache, this suggest u might be having gastritis , if ur have taken long antibiotic course dn it may be reason of drug induced gastritis and drug induced collitis.
So what to do for this is
First do some investigation
1)CBC
2)stool culture
3)usg whole abdoman
4) urea breath test
Dn taken treatment accordingly by any physician guidence
By ur histry i would like to suggest you take
Tab Pantoprazole 40mg,
Tab albendazol 400mg stat
Cap lactobacillus n saccromyces spores
rest according to ur reports
