What Causes Chronic Hip Bursitis Despite Taking Cortisone Shots?
I have chronic hip bursitis. Very painful in hip buttock and down back of leg. Sometimes feel whole leg is burning. Have had 2 cortisone injections which have not helped . Is there anything else I can try as this condition is crippling me. Extreme pain when walking.

Hello,
I think you should use anti-inflammatory drugs such naproxen or piroxicam to help you with the hip pain. Have rest as much as possible. Avoid repeated and high intensity movement.
