General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that celiac disease is caused due to glutens. So you have to avoid wheat, barley and any food that contains gluten. Additionally, you can PPI inhibitors and have machine gel before having food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
