What Causes Chronic Intermittent Dizziness While Suffering From Migraine?

Hey doctor,I have been feeling very dizzy as past 3 years everytime I look left or right, up or down! I have suffered from migraines all my life, other than this I am a healthy 33 year old male! Been to doctor after doctor, ENT, neurologists and had 2 MRI scans and blood tests. They thought it was BPPV- done test I had all the symptoms apart from nastagmus( excuse spelling)- so I just don t know! Have you any ideas? Thanks Richard

Hello,

As first-line management, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist you can consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
