Went through your post, your symptoms suggest you have forrenculosis I would suggest you need to role out diabetes by a blood sugar and HBA1C and a CBC to see neutrophil count, use mupricin ointment for few days on your nostrils and Axila and groin and if you have used many antibiotics in past then LINZOLID 600 mg for a week will help.
