What Causes Chronic Itching And Dryness In The Ear?
my ear has been dry and itchy for over a year. my doctor gave me drops that helped but as soon as i quick using them it began again. now my throat and tongue are sore. i have taken a z-pac and it is has not helped. I do not have any white or yellow blisters but there is a horizontal red line on the right side of my throat. my tongue is also sore up to my back teeth especially when i try to swallow. any suggestions to what i may be dealing with and how to proceed with treatment

A dry itchy ear canal could be due to an allergy or a fungal infection. The sore throat could be a viral going into secondary bacterial infection. Cefixime with Montair LC once a day along with Edinase DS will relieve the symptoms. Use tab Candiforce. Candid ear drops will help reduce the itching. Also, go in for basic CBC along with a fasting blood sugar.
