Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Chronic Itching With Yellow Fluid Drainage From The Testicles?
I had a Viral fever for some days but after that I felt itching on my Testical Skin and had taken medicine from MD Skin Doctor however its still felling itching and some yellowish fluid is coming out from the Tesitical for last three days.I find stain of this fluid on my underwear.
Hi Thanks for posting on HCM Itches and fluid draining from the scrotal sac could most likely be bacteria or fungal skin infection or local tissue reaction to a skin injury like a scratch...Only an examination by the Doctor or your Dermatologist may help to identify the exact cause since all these may cause yellow fluid drainage.I will suggest you go back to your skin Doctor for reevaluation. He may review your drugs given the new evolution.I will also recommend -Good genital hygiene -Avoid too tight panties -Clean the lesions with antiseptic solution like cyteal occasionally -You may get an anti-itch/anti-inflammatory cream like diprostene cream/ anti-histamine like benadry if symptoms intense while you prepare to see your Dermatologist. Hope this will help Best regards
