What Causes Chronic Knee Pain After Injury?

I am 35 / F/ 5.7/ 68 KGS injured my Lt.Knee during an Elliptical Cross Training before a month . My Knee AP/ Lateral are NAD No significance of Inflammation or motor functions now. I used Eprisone & NSAIDs and went to Physical Therapist for ECWT - Diathermy & Ultrasound therapy. Hence it still pains me on few times a day. Any Suggestion?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is better to get done the MIR if it is not done yet because meniscus is most matter of concern because it is very fragile structure very easily get damage mean while you may continue NASAID hope this information helps.
